The checkout always shows the delivery and payment methods currently available for your destination and order. Below you will find an overview of the standard options available on our international shop.
The final delivery and payment options are always determined by the current selection shown in your shopping cart.
Delivery
Home delivery across mainland EU.
Your order is delivered by a carrier to the address selected during checkout. Standard delivery is available within mainland EU countries and does not include islands or other non-mainland territories. Availability may vary according to the destination, parcel dimensions, weight and contents.

The parcel will be delivered directly to the address entered in your order within mainland EU.
Free delivery applies to orders over €80.
Other destinations: Delivery to islands, non-mainland EU territories and countries outside the EU may also be possible if you arrange the transport, customs clearance and any related formalities yourself. We can hand the order over to your chosen carrier anywhere within the EU.

Proforma invoice
FreePay by bank transfer using the details provided on the proforma invoice. Dispatch can begin once the payment has been credited to our account and matched with your order.
