Complaint

Fill out the complaint form and describe the product defect in detail. Include your address, account number (in case of a refund) and a copy of your proof of purchase (invoice). Pack the goods carefully. We will send you a shipping label, which you stick on the wrapped package and take it to the nearest branch of the carrier. You return the goods in this way at our expense.

Purchased goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery, within this period you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. To return goods, please fill out the cancellation form.
