Those who devote themselves to home production, overcome initial setbacks and discover that they can also please those around them with their products, begin to fall in love with Ekokozim.

And in order to support you, we have prepared the following loyalty program for you. We start the program from 1/11/2023 and so that you don't have to wait for the next quarter, we have already calculated the loyalty program group for the 3rd quarter for all registered customers.

Inclusion in the loyalty program

In order to be able to use the loyalty program, it is necessary to create an account registration at www.ekokoza.de, which you log into every time you make a purchase. You are automatically included in the first group "registered customer".
After that, the system will record the amount of your orders and you will be assigned to the appropriate group based on the quarterly turnover.
Quarterly turnover is always calculated on the last day of the months of March, June, September and December.
Movement between groups is possible.
Only orders that are paid for and processed on time are counted as turnover.
If more than one contact person purchases from one company (IČ), the turnovers are added together to fulfill the conditions.
Grouping according to the quarterly turnover of your orders is as follows.
Payment by PayPal is not available for Loyalty customers.

Program groups

Registered customer: The amount of orders per quarter will be up to EUR 160 incl. VAT.
Eco-friendly fan: The amount of orders per quarter will be up to EUR 400 incl. VAT.
Enthusiastic manufacturer: The amount of orders per quarter will be up to EUR 1200 incl. VAT.
Professional: The amount of orders per quarter will be over EUR 1200 incl. VAT.

Movement between groups

At the end of the quarter, we will add up the amount of your orders and if the total exceeds the amount of EUR 160 incl. VAT, we welcome you in the group Eco fan, if 400 EUR, then Enthusiastic producer or if it exceeds 1200 EUR, then in the group Professional.
If the sum of your orders per quarter is up to EUR 160 incl. VAT, nothing changes for you and you remain in the Registered customer group.

Free shipping for every order over 20 EUR incl. VAT.

Movement between groups

At the end of the quarter, we will add up the amount of your orders and if the sum exceeds the amount of EUR 400, we will welcome you to the Enthusiastic producer group, if EUR 1200, then to the Professional group.
If the sum of your orders per quarter is between EUR 160 and EUR 400, nothing changes for you and you remain in the Ekokozi fan group.
If the sum of your orders per quarter is up to EUR 160, you will return to the Registered Customer group.

3. An enthusiastic producer

Turnover over EUR 400 incl. VAT in the previous quarter.

10% discount on every order.
Free shipping for every order over EUR 200 incl. VAT.

Movement between groups

At the end of the quarter, we will add up the amount of your orders and if the sum exceeds the amount of EUR 1200, we will welcome you to the Professional group.
If the sum of your orders per quarter is between 400 and 1200 EUR, nothing changes for you and you remain in the Enthusiastic producer group.
If the sum of your orders per quarter is up to EUR 160, you will return to the Registered Customer group, if it is between EUR 160 and 400, you will return to the Ecofan group.

4. Professional

15% discount on every order.
Free shipping for every order regardless of the order amount.

Movement between groups

At the end of the quarter, we will add up the amount of your orders and if the total still exceeds the amount of EUR 1200, you will remain in the Professional group.
If the sum of your orders per quarter is between 400 and 1200 EUR, you will return to the Enthusiastic Producer group. If the sum of your orders per quarter is up to EUR 160, you will return to the Registered Customer group, if it is between EUR 160 and 400, you will return to the Ecofan group.
