Perfume and fragrance test strips are an essential tool for developing your own perfumes, combining essential oils, testing different concentrations and presenting finished fragrances. They help perceive the true scent of a composition, its development over time and individual notes without disturbing the skin. Paper strips absorb fragrances and allow them to be released gradually – thus imitating the behavior of perfume on the skin. They are used for tuning main, heart and base notes, as well as for comparing multiple samples side by side. They make it easier to select ingredients and evaluate the final scent.
How to work with them – use, dosage:
Simply wet or spray the strip with perfume or fragrance, hold the unmarked end and let it air out for a while. Then sniff the end of the strip, where the scent is most intense. For precise identification, the strips can be labeled with the name of the scent or ingredient. The paper is strong enough, does not bend and is suitable even for stronger concentrations. It is recommended to use clean and dry strips for each new test substance.
