- They are invaluable in formulating mineral makeup, their earthy tones are used in foundations, matte eyeshadows, powders, bronzers, lipsticks, mascaras - the list is endless. For use in soaps - they have a beautiful bright and permanent color. The oxides can be mixed together and you can create a whole palette of beautiful colors. Usual dosage from 0.1 to 10%
Neutral eyeliner base 7 ml
- Cornflower flower water: 9 g Guar gum: 0.2 g Oxide (of your choice): 1g Grapefruit seed extract: 0.06 g or 2 drops
