The silky smoothing make-up base is a great combination of primer, light make-up and highlighter. It fades away skin imperfections, unifies skin tone, mattifies and significantly helps make-up last. How to make a primer at home?
The foundation is a luxurious thing that improves the overall durability of the make-up, in addition, it cares for the skin and leaves it soft and pleasantly powdery to the touch. We liked it in a practical stick, which you just need to swipe a few times on the skin of the face and then just gently rub it into the skin. Plus, primer in a tube stays fresh longer because you don't have to get your fingers into the product, and it's great for travel or in your purse. But if you prefer classic packaging, make your foundation in a cup, it's still wonderful!
The luxurious feeling on the skin is conjured by luxurious ingredients - camellia and argan oil, light care oils that are immediately absorbed into the skin and leave it soft, nourished, but not at all greasy.
We add cetyl alcohol, our very popular thickening stabilizer, to the oils. Cetyl alcohol is a truly unique product that you can't just replace - unlike waxes that are sticky to rubbery, cetyl alcohol is velvety, rich, creamy and wonderfully non-greasy.
Coco silicone, i.e. vegetable silicone made from coconut oil, is a dry emollient that softens, smoothes and softens the skin particularly well without clogging pores or restricting skin breathing.
To these liquid and fatty substances, we shove a few powder ones, heat it, mix it and it's done.
The first of the powdered raw materials is the silky fine Sericite mica. Sericite mica is an excellent fine powder that has the ability to soften the skin, unclog pores and absorb excess oil. Pearl sericite mica gives the skin freshness and clarity. To the serite mica powder, we add ready-made mineral make-up - Homemade mineral make-up for all skin types - Ekokoza.cz - which will add color to the primer and especially make production extremely simple - we do not have to weigh out microscopic amounts of individual oxides during production. If you haven't made mineral makeup yet, definitely try it, or reach for any other loose makeup.
And that's all! Apart from vitamin E, which will extend the shelf life of the product, nothing else is needed. Let's go for simple mixing!

How to do it?
We work with loose, dusty raw materials, so we recommend using respiratory protection - mask, respirator or scarf.
Prepare a water bath - pour about 3cm of water into the pan and let it heat on the stove at medium temperature.
Weigh all the ingredients into a heat-resistant bowl, mix the contents and place in the prepared water bath.
When everything is dissolved, mix the liquid and pour it into the selected containers.
These beautiful, elegant paper tubes or classic plastic cups have worked well for us (for the amount in the recipe, you will need 3 pieces of packaging of 10ml each).
How to use it?
After treating the skin, apply a small amount of foundation to the skin before applying make-up.
