Characteristics

• Hard wax that melts at a temperature of 60 °C.
• Olive wax is an excellent substitute for beeswax (especially for vegan products or products for people with allergies).
• Olive wax is made by hydrogenation of olive (Olea Europaea) oil by separating the oil fractions and mixing with hydrogenated vegetable oil to obtain waxy flakes.
• Tocopherol is added to extend shelf life.
• Solubility: in hot fats
• Raw material for the production of cosmetics.

Use

• In addition to being a good vegan alternative to beeswax, this wax is highly compatible with the skin, on which it has emollient and restructuring properties.
• It is excellent in hair care products, especially when used instead of setting gel.
