But be careful, don't delay ordering on the Internet, because the carriers usually don't make it in the last days before Christmas, so you won't receive your gift until sometime before New Year's Eve! :)

"Dry" face mask for beauty queens

These natural, home-mixed "dry" face masks have a great advantage - their shelf life is longer than that of purchased ones, and we always prepare a fresh "dose" just before application. Add a little distilled water, glycerin, aloe vera gel, fragrant flower water or apple cider vinegar to the dry base, add essential oils for the scent, we recommend for example anti-inflammatory lavender or cosmetic essential oils according to your taste and choice. Precisely because the mask is dry, it is perfect for putting under the tree. It is enough to add a label with instructions to the dry mixture created directly for the recipient, if you want, add an essential oil and a liquid component, and that's it!

And what about the foundation?

Cosmetic clays are ideal, which we can choose either according to their effects or, if we are aesthetes, simply according to their color, black clay has regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties, brown Aztec clay or bentonite has healing effects and Moroccan clay or rhassoul increases the resistance of our skin against adverse effects. We can also use zeolite or natural white clay. But colors look especially nice in transparent glasses - for example, yellow, green, pink, purple, blue or red clay, perhaps layered in different ways or interspersed with dried herbs.

In addition to clays, there are also different colored herbal and fruit powders, dark green freshwater algae spirulina, lithothamnium seaweed or, for example, white oat powder, silk powder or dried mare's milk.

Of course, you can mix colored clays and powders together and create combinations according to your taste. If your imagination calls for more choice, come here and mix, combine, invent... In short, add whatever you can think of!

If you add exfoliants or beads, the face mask suddenly becomes 2 in 1! When washing off the mask, one can easily exfoliate by gently massaging the face. Or you can make a separate mask and a separate peeling, somehow skilfully and aesthetically combined in color, so that it is also a feast for the eyes.

How to properly mix and use the mask?

It is recommended to use 2 teaspoons of liquid per 1 tablespoon of loose material. Mix thoroughly and apply the resulting paste evenly on the face, avoiding the eye and mouth area, of course. Let it act for 15-20 minutes until it dries, and then wash thoroughly.

Put it under the tree!

The right Christmas gift must have the right Christmas packaging, and in this case we achieve this with the help of a suitable glass or jar. However, with clays, we avoid contact with iron, because it weakens their effects, so we choose a plastic or glass jar. Together with a bottle of essential oil and a liquid component, we then put the mask in cellophane or even better, a paper bag, tie it with a nice ribbon, and the perfect natural Christmas gift is born.

Homemade hot chocolate mix

We enjoy Christmas even better if we have a mug with fragrant, steaming chocolate at hand. Delight your loved ones and make it for them yourself! Pour the mixture into a nice, Christmas-decorated glass and throw a few homemade marshmallows on top. Once again, just attach a sign with preparation instructions to the glass, or create a package with Christmas goodies, such as cinnamon cookies, chocolate or roasted nuts, and no one can resist!

What does it take?

On the basis

- 1 and 1/2 cups of cocoa

- 1/3 cup of birch or cane sugar

- 3 tablespoons of finely chopped dark chocolate (how about homemade?), or chocolates with a mint filling or flavor, if we are among the lovers of this special chocolate

For the right Christmas taste

 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

- 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger

- A pinch of Himalayan salt

Shh! We also have a version for lazy people or those who are always on the go - here you can order a ready-made chocolate mixture, which you can conveniently pour into a glass.

How to do it?

Mix all the ingredients very thoroughly and pour them into a canning jar. If we want, we can arrange the marshmallows nicely on top (they are better in the fridge and you have to count on the fact that they will last a week at the most) and close with a lid.

When preparing, dissolve 2-3 spoons in hot vegetable milk and decorate with marshmallows. We can also add extracts, preferably homemade ones.

Fragrant homemade potpourri

We can create a Christmas atmosphere with the help of scents, how about mixing it to your liking and making an original Christmas gift for someone?

What does it take?

Especially lots of fragrant, Christmas ingredients! In such a basic, classic Christmas potpourri, we will certainly put:

- Dried fruits, such as tangerines, oranges and lemons

- Aromatic herbs such as rosemary, thyme, sage

- Christmas spices - cinnamon, cardamom, ginger (either ground or we can also use fresh root), nutmeg, cloves

- Fragrant twig of some conifer

- Essential oil

What else?

These two typically Christmas ingredients also make our home smell beautiful:

- Resin or myrrh

- Incense

How to do it?

Mix all the ingredients skillfully and put them in a nice glass or paper bag. It is ideal to add a "thematic" essential oil to the potpourri, i.e. orange, rosemary, cardamom, nutmeg oil or oils with the scent of the forest, such as pine. After all, we pour the entire potpourri into a pot of water and heat it on a low flame, so a few drops of selected essential oil will only enhance the Christmas scent.
