Eucalyptus menthol - this oil is used in cases of respiratory problems. It is also known to help eliminate cellulite and is great for treating acne and oily skin. And if you like lemon, you can also use lemon eucalyptus.

Camphor - long known for its stimulating effects, as well as a tonic for the whole body. Energizing, gives strength and vitality.

The recipes also use three extremely effective natural moisturizers to soften the skin:

Mango butter - is a natural emollient and has excellent moisturizing properties. Originating in India, it is made by pressing and then refining the mango core.

Coconut oil - is a raw vegetable oil with a high content of lanauric acid, which is anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. Virgin coconut oil is pressed from fresh coconuts. These are cut into smaller pieces, dried and cold-pressed. The oil is not modified in any way and retains its full pleasant coconut aroma and taste.

Vitamin E - tocopherols are known for their antioxidant activity and act as a preservative. The most important antioxidant in the body is vitamin E. It protects the body from the effects of harmful radicals and breaks down harmful substances from the liver. This antioxidant helps protect natural oils and butters from rancidity. The addition of vitamin E is recommended in all preparations containing oils, it significantly extends their lifespan. Vitamin E plays a key role in protecting skin cells and membranes.
