Characteristics
- Plantaquat is an ingredient of plant origin. Pure, stable and approved as an ingredient in natural cosmetics. It can be used in hair care products such as conditioner, hair mask and hair treatment as an emulsifying conditioner. It conditions the hair, gives it volume, shine and reduces hair breakage.
- Contains vegetable waxes, oils and soy lecithin. These ingredients help repair and regenerate split ends, prevent breakage, and at the same time moisturize and increase hair volume.

Use
- It is ideal for easy production of mainly conditioners, masks and other products for softening and regenerating hair.
- Although it is ideal for the production of hair care products, it can also be used in other cosmetic products (e.g. shower gels, also for children, creams, body butters, ...).
- In addition, it effectively covers damaged or chemically treated hair and reduces porosity, helping to maintain hydration, softness and shine. The herbal conditioner does not irritate and respects the natural balance of the skin.
Dosage
- 5 to 10% of the total recipe (recommended use: 4% - 8% in an oil base.)
- For light conditioner: 7% Plantaquat, 2% grapeseed oil
- For cream conditioner: 10% Plantaquat, 10% grapeseed oil
- For the mask: 10% Plantaquat, 30% grape oil
- For the balm: 10% Plantaquat, 15% cetyl alcohol, 10% grapeseed oil
Example recipe
- 10% Plantaquat
- 10% grapeseed oil (or argan oil or broccoli oil or a combination of these)
- 2-5% cetyl alcohol
- 2-4% leucidal (preservative)
- 2% decyl glucoside
- 2% rice protein (more shine and volume)
- 2% d-panthenol (regenerative effect)
- remaining % of demineralized water
Preparation: Heat the water to 70-75 ° C. Add the Plantaquat and mix until it cools to 55 ° C. Add the oils and mix until it becomes a homogeneous cream. After cooling to 35-40°C, add preservatives, heat-sensitive ingredients and essential oil.
Soluble in oil.
