Use

Geranium oil is diluted in a ratio of 1:1 with high-quality oil and then used as needed. For an aromatherapy massage of the temples or neck during the day, use 2-4 drops on the given place and massage in with light circular movements. We proceed in the same way in the case of chakra point massage. Geranium affects the heart and throat chakra, but can also be used to balance the solar plexus or root chakra. If we don't want to or can't massage, we can directly "inhale" the oil in this concentration, for example from a bottle. Just one or two breaths and any tension will subside significantly.

Its pleasant floral scent repels mosquitoes.

Premenstrual syndrome and hormonal fluctuations: Geranium harmonizes the hormonal level, thus helping to improve all unpleasant symptoms associated with menstruation - long and painful bleeding, cramps, headaches, mood swings... It can be used internally or externally in an aroma lamp or directly on the relevant acupuncture (acupressure) points.

Nervousness, stress: Geranium essential oil is one of the best oils for relieving nervous tension. Whether it is fear, stress, anxiety or depression, a few drops of geranium can relax and encourage at the same time, which makes it an excellent help before an important meeting or exam.

Urinary tract infections: Due to its diuretic and antiseptic properties, it is a great remedy for suppressing urinary tract infections, especially those that are repeated. Bacteria can develop resistance to antibiotics, but not essential oils.

Skin care: Geranium is most often used in the care of oily or dull skin, as it can support the circulatory and lymphatic systems and thus ensure better nutrition for the skin and faster removal of waste substances. Repellent: Perhaps one of the reasons why geranium is such a popular balcony flower is its excellent ability to repel insects.
