Characteristics

Recommended safe concentrations of essential oils

For 50 ml base

• Massage oil, body cream, shower oil (children 1-5 years: 2-4 drops, children 5-10 years: 6-9 drops, children 10-14 years: 9-15 drops, adults 30-37 drops)
• Skin lotion (children 1-5 years: 2-4 drops, children 5-14 years: 4-5 drops, adults 4-5 drops)
• Regenerating oil, face cream, face mask (children 1-5 years: 1-2 drops, children 5-10 years: 3-5 drops, children 10-14 years: 5-8 drops, adults 5-15 drops)

For 10 ml of base (for one bath)

• Baths (children 1-5 years: 1-2 drops, children 5-10 years: 2-4 drops, children 10-14 years: 4-8 drops, adults 5-10 drops)

The number of drops shown is for soothing essential oils. When using irritating essential oils, e.g. clove, cinnamon, thyme, elemi, laurel, ginger, paprika or black pepper, reduce the number of drops according to individual skin sensitivity.
