• Use in the kitchen: seasoning hummus, cottage cheese, bread and vegetable salads with zatar, in couscous, vegetable meatballs and kofta, soups.
• Mix with olive oil and serve with pita bread as a separate course, or spread on prepared pizza dough and bake.
