Usage
Skin White is a powdered cosmetic ingredient containing tranexamic acid, used in products aimed at unifying the appearance of the skin and reducing the visibility of pigmentary irregularities.
In home cosmetics, it is mainly used in skin serums, creams and gels intended for the care of skin with an uneven tone. It is suitable as part of evening care or targeted treatment products. It can be combined with niacinamide, hyaluronic acid or other moisturizing ingredients.
Does not belong in products for the eye area without prior verification of compatibility.
- For skin lightening, spot lightening, etc.
- Pre-dissolve in deionized water, then add below 50°C and stir until evenly mixed.
- It has been shown to improve the appearance of discoloration and pigmentation. Confirmed by clinical studies, it is suitable for all skin types and can remove / lighten skin discolorations such as pigmentation after sun exposure, dark spots (chloasma, freckles, senile lenses, etc.), sensitive skin, acne and inflammation, post-laser treatment, pulsed light treatment, etc.
- SkinWhite not only leads to whitening, but also to a reduction in the translucent reddish color of superficial blood vessels. The result is an even skin appearance. (Whitening means that pigment spots are reduced and new ones are prevented from forming. The natural skin color is not affected). SkinWhite can therefore be recommended for creams, lotions, essences, face masks and many other products.
- For cosmetic use, the water-soluble acid is commercially used in creams and liposomal serums at a maximum dose of 2%.
- Tranexamic acid is a synthetic substance similar to the amino acid lysine that doctors use to treat skin discoloration topically.

Procedure
- Dissolve tranexamic acid in water (gentle heating to 50–60°C may speed up dissolution).
- Stir in xanthan gum and create a gel.
- After cooling below 40°C, add niacinamide and preservative.
- Check pH (target 5–6).
- Fill into a disinfected pump bottle.
Packaging and use
- Apply in the evening to cleansed skin.
- Aquatic product requires preservation.
- For daily use, it is recommended to combine with an SPF product.

Procedure
- Dissolve tranexamic acid in the aqueous phase and heat to 70 °C.
- Heat the oil phase separately to 70 °C.
- Combine the phases and homogenize.
- Cool with stirring below 40 °C.
- Add preservative.
- Check the pH (5–6).
- Fill into the container.
