The red fly agaric contains substances that can serve as a natural analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent. To make the relieving gel, you first need to make a tincture of the red fly agaric. And of course, you first need to collect the fly agaric mushrooms.
So let's go!
Collecting red fly agaric
Ideally, choose smaller, undeveloped red toadstools. If possible, go to higher altitudes to find them.
Making tincture
Cut the cleaned red fly agaric caps into smaller pieces, place them in a preserving jar and cover with high-proof alcohol. An eco-cotton
base for making perfume will work great. Make sure that all the pieces of the mushroom are
submerged in the alcohol. Then close the preserving jar, shake it and place it in a bright place, such as on a windowsill.
Let the sponge macerate for at least a month or a few weeks. Shake the jar regularly.
When the macerate has settled sufficiently, pour the tincture through a strainer into a container and then filter it through a piece of cloth. You can use this
great cotton one , for example.
And the tincture is in the world!
Production of gel ointment
The next step is to make a gel from the tincture, which we can easily create using Lecigel.
Lecigel® is a unique natural gelling agent that can create a great texture in products, while also providing excellent moisturizing properties. It is popularly used in products of all kinds, from moisturizers to face masks, for its pleasant lightness and refreshing feeling after application. It supports regeneration and soothes sensitive skin, making it a great partner for red fly agaric tincture, which can be irritating on its own.
Gel production
To make the gel, you need
Lecigel and a ready-made tincture. The amount of Lecigel depends on the density of the gel you want to achieve. However, you can follow the dosage of about 10 grams of Lecigel per 500 ml of tincture.
How to do it?
It's more than easy. Mix the Lecigel with the tincture and mix well with a whisk. If the gel is too thin, gradually add more Lecigel until you reach the desired consistency.
Transfer the finished gel ointment into the chosen containers. Don't forget to label everything to make it clear that these are products with red fly agaric, which require specific handling.
You can use the gel ointment on sore muscles and joints . Keep it out of reach of children and remember the warning about its toxicity if swallowed.
