Base for home perfumes – an easy way to create your own fragrance
Would you like to mix your own perfume or aromatic composition? This alcohol base makes the process much easier. Simply add your chosen perfume composition or suitable essential oils and within moments you will have the base for your own original fragrance.
The base consists of denatured ethanol, which, thanks to its ability to dissolve fragrance components, is a suitable carrier for producing alcohol-based perfumes and other fragranced products.

What does denatured alcohol mean?
Denaturation means adding a denaturing agent to ethanol so that the alcohol is not suitable for human consumption. Denatured alcohol is therefore intended exclusively for technical and cosmetic use – it is not for drinking.
How to use the base?
Production is simple. Add your selected perfume composition or suitable essential-oil blend to the perfume base, mix thoroughly and let the resulting mixture mature according to the recipe.
The usual proportion of this base in the final recipe is 80–94 %.
