We have a Lenten season in which we could do something extra for our health. We have taken a look at Jiří Cingroš's book Sám seba doktor for you.
Step one: Enema
The gut is the first line of defense against many diseases, including cancer. In a clogged intestine, a lot of toxins are produced, adversely affecting our body. Regular bowel irrigations help to remove the deposited residues and, compared to laxatives, do not have most of their adverse effects.
The cleansing of the intestines can be done gradually, first the gross impurities are washed away, then breathing exercises are added to the enema, which allow the water to be sucked into the intestine much deeper (yoga uddiána bandha). In addition, such a rinse massages the organs in the abdominal cavity and prevents the formation of hemorrhoids. Two minutes of this exercise a day is enough (careful, if you have a weak heart, high blood pressure, or other serious health problems - consult your doctor).
How about an enema? Prepare 2 liters of warm (boiled) water, add a spoonful of lemon juice or chamomile decoction. Pour into the irrigator and hang it at eye level. Take the enema while kneeling with your head resting on your hands. Breathe deeply, relax your stomach. Lubricate the end of the tube with table oil. We rarely take a dose of water at once, usually 2-3 times. In that case, add lemon juice or chamomile until the last dose. We must never feel a lot of pressure or pain during the enema! If possible, we retain the water in ourselves for a while. The condition is an empty stomach.
The first week of cleansing is applied daily, the next week every other day, the third week every two days, the fourth week every three days, the fifth once a week. Then as needed, usually once every 14 days.
Step Two: Fighting Dysmicrobia
Antibiotics and a number of other drugs, together with an inappropriate composition of the diet, lead to contamination of the digestive system with foreign organisms (molds, yeasts, bacteria) that penetrate the intestinal mucosa and produce toxins. Treatment of dysmicrobia with garlic is effective.
During one to two weeks, we regularly eat a clove of garlic on an empty stomach in the morning, one hour before lunch and then two hours after dinner. In this way, we will get rid of bloating, heartburn, and improve our blood circulation. For the effectiveness of garlic peel, it is necessary to maintain an optimal pH in the digestive system, for which apple cider vinegar is very suitable (in salads and as part of meals and drinks).
To strengthen the state of the digestive system, an infusion of oats (oat flakes) is very suitable as a drink: pour 2 tablespoons of ground oats with half a liter of boiling water and let it stand for 3 to 4 hours.
Step three: Cleaning the joints
Due to improper lifestyle, various salts (including uric acid salts) settle in our joints, which can be flushed out using a bay leaf (laurel) decoction. We prepare a decoction of 5 g of bay leaf, which we boil for 10 minutes in 3 dcl of water and let it infuse in a thermos for at least 3-4 hours (preferably overnight). Strain the decoction (leave it in a thermos to keep it warm) and drink it in small sips over the course of 12 hours (never all at once, it could cause bleeding!). We repeat the peel after 3 days, then once more after a week and every quarter during the first year.
This peel must always be preceded by a cleansing of the intestines, otherwise the rapid release of the deposited substances would first take place in the intestines and health problems could occur. Even so, there are often more stormy reactions on the first day. It is therefore advisable to do an enema in the evening before going to bed. It is advisable to follow a light diet, or alternative fasting with drinking fruit juices and water.
An honestly executed peel will relieve us of many years of pain and fatigue in the joints and spine. Another effect that is interesting for men is the strengthening of libido and erection.
Step Four: Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse
The liver is an important organ of metabolism, detoxification , and the production of bile is also important. This is collected in the gallbladder, from where it is discharged into the duodenum as needed. It is indispensable for fat digestion.
We harm our liver mainly by consuming too much fatty food, meat, dairy products, eggs and excess alcohol, salt, sugar and also a number of medicines.
In order to cleanse the liver and gallbladder, it is necessary to have cleansed intestines in advance, it is advisable to prepare a vegetarian diet. It is also necessary to observe the appropriate time of day for cleansing: from 19:00 to 20:00 (according to the organ clock). Before our own cleansing, we use an enema every morning or evening and drink apple juice to taste. On the third day, we prepare 2 dcl of lemon juice and 2 dcl of virgin olive oil, make several bows to the left, place a thermos on the area of the liver (on the abdomen on the right under the last rib) and, starting at 7 p.m., drink every 15 minutes 3 spoons of oil and 3 spoons of lemon juice ( it is better drunk properly mixed). Change the water in the thermos and heat the liver area for 2 to 3 hours.
Excretion of harmful substances and sediments takes place within 24 hours, if we prepare with urinotherapy, the whole process will be accelerated. Around noon on the second day, we'll do an enema (and we'll probably wonder what all comes out of us). The following week you need to eat a vegetarian diet, on the first day oatmeal with grated apples and honey is suitable.
Step Five: Cleansing the Kidneys
The main task of the kidneys is to collect waste products from the blood. If we pay particular attention to fried and baked foods, eat poorly and a lot, and we are still under stress, we damage our kidneys very quickly. Bad kidney function is then manifested by the emergence of a whole range of diseases, such as rheumatism, spinal pain, diseases of female organs, impotence in men, inflammation of the prostate, bone thinning, skin diseases and others. Warning signs are deterioration of hair quality, changes in the nails, inflammation of the frontal sinuses, or knee pain. Then we should think about the state of our kidneys and do something for them.
It is easiest to cleanse the kidneys in the summer, when we eat only watermelons and dark bread for a week. We should repeat this procedure after two weeks.
Another cleansing peel is the use of fir oil (Siberian fir oil). For a week, we eat a vegetarian diet and drink herbal tea (50 grams each of sage, sage, honeysuckle (mint) and ergot), sweetened with honey. On the seventh day, half an hour before a meal, drink herbal tea to which we have added 5 drops of fir oil (mix well and drink with a straw so that the fir oil does not come into contact with tooth enamel). We use this tea 3 times a day for 5 days. The result usually appears after a few days (sometimes up to a month), when the softened brown stones and sand, smelling of fir oil, will leave.
Another option for cleansing the kidneys and liver is a 24-hour fast, after which we take an enema and an hour later drink 2 dcl of olive oil and immediately after that 2 dcl of grapefruit juice. Do not drink water! We repeat for 5 to 7 days, during which we drink only juices and eat a light vegetarian diet.
Very effective is the cleansing bark, during which we drink beetroot juice. A decoction of flax seeds is also good for cleansing the kidneys (one teaspoon of seeds in a glass of water). We drink half a glass of decoction every two hours for two days.
Step Six: Blood Lymph Cleansing
This peel has the task of cleaning not only lymph, but also dead cells and tissues. We will prepare for the day 5 - 8 grapefruits (depending on the size), 5 - 8 oranges and the same number of lemons (again depending on their size) and 2 liters of ice water (we will make it in the fridge). In the morning, drink 1 tablespoon of salt (table salt, possibly Glauber's), dissolved in 2 dcl of water. Every half hour we drink 1 dcl of citrus juice, diluted with 1 dcl of water, until we consume the prepared daily dose. It is best to prepare the juice fresh every hour. It is necessary to drink a total of around 4 liters of diluted juice per day in order to replenish the liquid that is removed from the body thanks to the saline solution drunk in the morning. It pulls toxins and waste materials into the intestines and excretes them from the body with feces. In order to speed up the excretion of the pores (sweating), a sauna or at least a warm bath or a shower is suitable.
The entire procedure will also contribute to restoring the acid-base balance of our organism. Also for the next few days we should use enema, sauna (warm bath), only drink fruit juices in the morning, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables and indulge in only one dietary meal a day according to the principles of a split diet.
Step seven: Cleansing the vessels
Overeating, inappropriate diet and lack of exercise all contribute to clogging of blood vessels. As a result, deaths from diseases of the heart and blood vessels are among the most common.
For the cleansing procedure, prepare 2 dcl of dill seeds, 2 tablespoons of ground valerian root and 4 dcl of honey. Put in a two-liter thermos and fill with hot water. Let it soak for 24 hours. Then we drink one spoon half an hour before each meal until the entire dose is consumed. We follow a light vegetarian diet and cleanse the intestines with an enema.
It is also possible to use an alternative recipe: 3 spoons of ground rose hips, 5 spoons of finely crushed pine or spruce needles, 2 spoons of chopped onion peels pour 8 dcl of boiling water, boil for 10 minutes and leave to infuse for half an hour. We strain and use 3 times a day before meals and 1 glass of decoction at night for 3 days.
A good cleansing peel is also made from kiwi juice.
If we perform all seven cleansing steps, we will notice the effects not only in how we feel, but we will also confirm their influence with the help of iris diagnosis. Many spots on the iris, which signaled our hidden and obvious diseases, will also disappear. An experienced doctor dealing with Chinese pulse diagnostics would notice the same improvement.
