What will be needed?
Oil phase
- 8 grams of virgin coconut oil (use "scented" - the cream is not perfumed in any way, so enjoy at least the subtle scent of coconut)
- 10 grams of evening primrose oil
- 3 grams of Olivem 1000
Heat together in a water bath to 65°C (the emulsifier must completely dissolve in the oils).
Aqueous phase
- 20 grams of hydroglycerine macerate from Tepezcohuite and nimbus powder
In another bowl, heat in a water bath to 65°C.
Both phases should be at the same temperature, at this point you start slowly pouring the HG macerate into the oils while constantly stirring with a whisk, the components will come together and you will get an emulsion, like a pudding. After about 3 minutes, you put your cream in a cold water bath and keep stirring - this cools the cream faster.
To the lukewarm cream, which must have a temperature below 40°C, you add:
- 4 grams of urea (urea) + 3 grams of dried mare's milk - both are dissolved in 5 ml of distilled lukewarm water (hydration and nutrition)
- 12 drops of cosgard (preservative)
- 10 drops of bisabolol (soothes)
…and if you have, then definitely add 5 drops of blue chamomile essential oil! (for these purposes it is an absolutely sensational oil).
Make the HG macerate in advance:
3 grams of TEPEZCOHUITE powder + 3 grams of nimbus powder, 10 grams of glycerin, 40 grams of distilled water - mix, leave to macerate for 3 days, filter and use in the cream (there should be two doses - if you don't use it right away, add 3 drops of COSGARD to the rest and store in the refrigerator - it will last more than 3 months).
Try to find some information about TEPEZCOHUITE and NIMBA, they fulfill what they promised, I was surprised myself. After all, they are herbs used for hundreds, maybe even thousands of years, and our great, great, ancestors knew very well what helped them.
