Phytokeratin is a plant-derived protein complex designed for both hair and skin cosmetics. It provides an alternative to classic animal-based keratin and is mainly used in products focusing on hair care.
In hair care, it helps improve the appearance of the hair fiber, increases its elasticity and smoothness. Hair looks more polished, is easier to comb, and gains a fuller appearance. In skin care, it is used as a film-forming and conditioning ingredient.
It is suitable for dry, stressed, chemically treated, or heat-damaged hair.

Protein Shampoo with Phytokeratin
Liquid shampoo with a surfactant base.Ingredients

Procedure
- Weigh the shampoo base and water, gently mix without excessive foaming.
- Add phytokeratin and panthenol at up to 40°C.
- Add preservative and mix.
- Check pH (approx. 4.5–5.5) and adjust if needed.
- Fill into a disinfected bottle.
Packing and use
- Use as a regular shampoo.
- Water-based products require preservation.
- Store at room temperature.
Conditioner with Phytokeratin (O/W emulsion)
Rinse-off hair conditioner.Ingredients

Procedure
- Heat phase A to 70–75°C.
- Independently heat phase B to 70–75°C until BTMS melts.
- Combine the phases and homogenize.
- Cool to 40°C while stirring.
- Add phytokeratin and preservative.
- Check pH (approx. 4–5).
- Fill into containers.
Packing and use
- Apply to washed hair, leave for 2–3 minutes, and rinse.
- Water-based products require preservation.
Leave-in Hair Serum with Proteins

Procedure
- Weigh the water.

- Water-based products require preservation.
