What do fragrance oils dissolve in?
Fragrance and essential oils are hydrophobic and do not dissolve in water. They should always be diluted in a carrier:

- Vegetable oils – for massage oils and cosmetics.
- Polysorbate 80 – allows mixing with water.
- Augeo – suitable for perfumes and diffusers.
