Organic SAMBA: hazelnut spread RAPUNZEL, 250 g

Characteristics

• The unique full taste of Samba is mainly due to the very high content of hazelnuts (45%) supplemented with dried Rapadura cane juice, fragrant cocoa, whole milk and real Bourbon vanilla.
• Fair trade palm oil comes from Ghana, where as part of the project, palm trees are planted with respect to the environment and no deforestation occurs to obtain new plantations.
• Samba is excellent for baked goods, for desserts, as a filling for pralines and chocolate truffles, for gluing cookies and sponges, and for eating directly, ideally from the refrigerator.

What is Bourbon Vanilla?

• Bourbon vanilla is the name of vanilla, which was originally grown only on the former Bourbon Island (today Reunion) and now its cultivation is extended to other islands in the Indian Ocean - Madagascar and Comoros.
• This vanilla naturally contains a higher percentage of vanillin, the main aromatic substance that gives vanilla its aroma.

• All ingredients come from controlled organic farming.
