Gentle Facial Scrub with Rose Water

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp olive exfoliant

• 1 tsp rose water (hydrosol)

• 1 tsp jojoba oil (or almond)

• Optional: 1 drop essential oil (e.g. lavender)

Instructions:

1. Mix the exfoliant with rose water and oil.

2. Apply to moist skin and massage gently in circles for 1–2 minutes.

3. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.

Tip: Suitable for dry or mature skin. Use a maximum of 2x a week.

2. Body Scrub with Honey and Olive Oil

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp olive exfoliant

• 1 tbsp honey

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• A few drops of essential oil (e.g. grapefruit, orange)

Instructions:

1. Mix everything in a bowl to make a paste.

2. In the shower, apply to damp skin and massage in a circular motion.

3. Rinse with water – your skin will be smooth and nourished.

Tip: Ideal for dry skin on elbows, knees, and shins.

3. Exfoliating Soap with Olive Exfoliant (for soap makers)

Ingredients (for approx. 500 g of soap):

• 450 g soap base (e.g. white or olive)

• 2 tsp olive exfoliant

• 1 tsp jojoba oil

• 10–15 drops essential oil (e.g. lemon or rosemary)

Instructions:

1. Melt the soap base in a water bath.

2. Stir in the oil, exfoliant, and EO.

3. Pour into molds and let set.

Tip: Use while showering – gently massages and cleanses the skin.

Other Ideas:

• Lips: A small pinch of exfoliant with honey as a scrub balm.

• Mask: Mix with yogurt and a bit of clay for a purifying mask.
