The more you create with us, the better your prices.
We believe in fair pricing. When you shop with us regularly or in larger quantities, we can offer you better prices — and we do so automatically. At the end of each quarter, we review all orders paid on time and set your prices for the following quarter. No coupons, no applications and no complicated conditions to track.
We keep track of your orders for you. Before the quarter ends, we will let you know where you stand. Once it is over, we will assign your tier for the next quarter according to your total spend.
Three levels of benefits
The more you source from us, the better your price.
Your loyalty tier is based on the total value of orders paid on time during the quarter. The more ingredients, packaging and tools you source in one place, the better the prices you can receive for the following quarter.
Bronze
Quarterly spend €200–€399
5 %A discount on every order when you are signed in to your account.
Silver
Quarterly spend €400–€1,199
10 %A discount on every order when you are signed in to your account.
Gold
Quarterly spend €1,200 or more
15 %A discount on every order, plus complimentary priority dispatch for all your orders.
Four simple steps
Simply register and shop.
Simple registration
All you need is a customer account and to sign in whenever you shop. This allows us to add your orders together correctly.
Shop as usual
Orders paid on time are automatically included in your spend for the current quarter.
We will let you know where you stand
Before the quarter ends, we will tell you your current spend and how close you are to the next tier.
We apply the better prices automatically
Once the quarter ends, we total everything and assign the appropriate tier for the entire next period.
You do not always have to wait
You can move up a tier during the quarter.
Normally, we review your total spend after the quarter has ended. However, if you place a single larger order that reaches the threshold of a higher tier on its own, we will move you to that tier once the order has been processed.
This tier will remain valid until the end of the current quarter and throughout the following quarter . If your combined orders reach an even higher threshold by the end of the quarter, we will assign the corresponding higher tier for the next period.
After an order of €400 has been processed, you can move into the Silver tier and receive a 10% discount. If your total spend for that quarter, including this order, reaches at least €1,200, you will be assigned to the Gold tier for the following quarter.
Total spend for the quarter
We add together all paid orders and automatically assign the appropriate tier based on the result.
Tier upgrade during the quarter
If a single order reaches the threshold of a higher tier on its own, we will apply the better prices once it has been processed, without waiting until the quarter ends.
For businesses and makers
Better prices also apply to businesses and professional makers.
Ekokoza serves home makers, small producers and wholesale customers. Business purchases follow the same loyalty pricing: depending on your quarterly spend, you can automatically receive a 5%, 10% or 15% price advantage.
Standard B2B pricing
Regular business purchases follow the same loyalty-tier rules as those for all other registered customers. Once signed in, the prices shown always reflect your current tier.
Larger volumes and ongoing cooperation
Do you need a larger quantity of a particular ingredient, regular supplies, a tailored price offer or long-term cooperation? We will prepare a solution based on your requirements.
Product documentation
On request, we can provide technical documentation, safety data sheets and available certificates. We are also gradually adding these documents directly to individual products for download.

Shop while signed in
Orders can only be included when they are linked to your customer account.
Paid orders are included
Only orders paid on time during the relevant quarter are included in your spend.
Your prices are shown straight away
When you are signed in, product prices reflect the tier currently assigned to you. After the quarterly review, your new tier will apply throughout the following quarter.
You always receive the better discount
Loyalty and volume discounts are not combined. The system automatically applies whichever one is better.
