What is needed for it?

- Milk - cow's, goat's, sheep's - whatever you have available

- Kefir culture

How to do it?

Pasteurized milk (heat to 64°C, let stand for 30 minutes and cool to 30°C, inoculate with culture (1 gram of culture per 10 liters) and let the milk container stand at room temperature for 24 hours, then store in the refrigerator.
