The Jasmine Egyptian perfume composition is used as a fragrance component in both homemade and professional cosmetic production.
It gives products a strong floral aroma with an elegant and slightly oriental character.
- Cosmetics: Suitable for creams, balms, body butters or scrubs, imparting a gentle sensual note.
- Candles & waxes: Ideal for homemade candles and waxes, creating a pleasant atmosphere with a touch of elegance.
- Soaps & bath cosmetics: Adds a sweet and calming character to bath salts, soaps or shower gels.
- Home use: For air fresheners and diffusers, which scent the room with a subtle warm vanilla aroma.
- Perfumes: Popular as a base note, providing depth and sweet persistence to perfume compositions.
- Laundry: Can be added to detergents or fabric softeners to give laundry a gentle and warm scent.
Recommended dosage depends on the product type, it is usually used in the range of 0.1–10%.
How to work with the fragrance? It is added in the final stage of production. Processing at temperatures below 40°C is recommended. Before production, it is advisable to test compatibility of the fragrance with the specific formulation. Observe recommended IFRA limits for individual product types.

In what do fragrances dissolve?
Fragrances are hydrophobic and do not dissolve in water by themselves. They should always be mixed in a carrier:
- Alcohol – ideal for perfumes, sprays and fresheners.
- Vegetable oils – suitable for massage blends and cosmetics.
- Polysorbate 80 – enables mixing with water.
- Augeo – suitable for perfumes and diffusers.
