Found a product or recipe you would like to return to later? Select the heart icon on its image. Your saved products and recipes will then be kept together in your customer account.

Estimated dispatch date

For ingredients, you can check the estimated dispatch date. Hover over the availability information for the exact variant to see when we expect it to be ready to leave our warehouse.

This makes it easier to plan your order and decide whether to wait for that ingredient or choose an option we can dispatch sooner.

Add to an existing order without another delivery charge

Forgot something? As long as we have not started preparing the original order, you can still add to it.

1. Create a new cart with the products you would like to add.
2. In the first checkout step, enter the original order number.
3. The orders will be linked and you will not be charged another delivery fee.

You can repeat this more than once, but only until we begin preparing the original order.

Back-in-stock alert

Is a product currently sold out? Turn on the stock alert and there is no need to keep checking. We will let you know as soon as it is available again.

Product documentation in one place

We provide the relevant documentation for most products. You will find it on the product page. Documentation for products in a particular order can also be downloaded together with one click from the order detail in your customer account.

When a document is missing or you need a certificate of analysis for a particular batch, contact us. We will need the batch number and expiry date to locate the correct document.

You can request a document in the order note. We can then locate it according to the batches you actually receive. You can also ask after delivery.

Shopping lists

Create your own product lists for favourite formulas, regular making or future purchases. You might prepare separate lists for soap, skincare or candle making and return to them when it is time to make.

Individual enquiries

Need a larger amount of an ingredient, a different pack size or a product that is not currently in our standard range? Email [email protected]. We will check the options and come back with a practical proposal.

Priority dispatch

Need your order to leave us as soon as possible? You can choose priority dispatch in the cart for €2. Orders placed on a working day before 10:00 are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 are dispatched on the next working day.

After dispatch, delivery most often takes 2–6 working days. The exact time depends on the destination country and the local carrier.

The charge helps keep this option available for customers who genuinely need it. When every item is already prepared, we usually try to dispatch the order on the next working day even without this service.
