What does it dissolve in?

Fragrance and essential oils are hydrophobic and do not dissolve in water on their own. They must be mixed into a carrier:

• Alcohol – suitable for perfumes, sprays and air fresheners.
• Vegetable oils – ideal for massage blends and cosmetics.
• Polysorbate 80 – enables mixing with water.
• Augeo – suitable for diffusers and home fragrances.
