❓ What do you ask us most often?

 

1. How long does it take to deliver an order?

 

We usually ship packages within three days of receiving your order and usually deliver the next business day after dispatch. Sometimes it can take a day longer - depending on the carrier.

Tip: You will also see an accurate delivery estimate after checking the stock availability of the selected variant. If you are in a hurry to receive your shipment, choose the priority shipping option during shipping.

2. I want to return the goods or something is wrong - what should I do?

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase 🌿. If you don't like the product or something went wrong with your order, write to us - we'll fix it.

You can return the goods within 14 days of delivery free of charge .

3. Do you provide documentation for all raw materials sold?

 

Yes. For each raw material, you can usually find technical, safety or analytical data sheets for download directly with the product . If you are missing any document, please write to us at eshop@ekokoza.cz .

Note: We always send the analytical sheet for a specific batch. Please write to us about it in the order notes or, after receiving the order, write to us the batch number and expiration date for which you need the analytical sheet.

4. Do you offer a loyalty program or discounts?

 

We don't believe in quick discount promotions - we prefer to keep prices fair all year round . We also have a loyalty program where you can get nice discounts on the entire range. For larger customers, we also offer quantity discounts on selected products.

5. I need to change or cancel my order. Or I want to add something – is that possible?

 

It's okay, no stress ✨. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange everything. Changes are only possible until we start preparing the package (we'll inform you about this by email).

Adding goods to an already created order:

  • Add new products to your cart.
  • Enter the original order number in the special field in the first step of the cart.
  • Orders are combined and you do not pay additional shipping .

6. Do you have a brick-and-mortar store? And is it necessary to have the order paid for in advance?

 

We are a purely online store 🌿 - thanks to this we can fully focus on fast shipping and careful packaging. Personal collection is possible at Fryčovice 297 , after creating and paying for the order in advance.

8. Do cosmetic packaging purchased from you have to be washed?

 

Our bottles are clean from the factory, but we recommend cleaning or disinfecting them before filling - especially for cosmetics and food.

Glass containers: wash with hot water → disinfect with alcohol (e.g. 70% alcohol) → let dry. Sterilization in the oven (120 °C, 10–15 min) is possible if it is clean glass without plastic/aluminum parts.

Plastic packaging: do not boil or heat in the oven; disinfect with alcohol (70%) and let dry naturally.

Tip: Our Perfume Base – almost pure alcohol – is also great for this.
