Characteristics

• ECOGEL is a patented mixture of 3 polysaccharides and soy lysophospholipids. It is a revolutionary viscosity modifier, emulsion stabilizer, film forming agent and emulsifier with non-stick and silicone varnish.
• Ecogel has good resistance to alcohol and electrolytes, is very easily dispersible and is stable over a wide pH range: 3-12.

Use

• Emulsifier (you must hydrate the lysophospholipids by dispersing the ecogel in warm water and stirring for at least 20 minutes.)
• Emulsion stabilizer
• Viscosity modifier for serums, gels, cleansers, as well as creams and emulsions
• The best way is to disperse the powder in hot water (at least 60°C) and stir for at least 25 minutes. You can also disperse it in cold water, but then you will have to stir it for a longer time, and in the end the viscosity is not the same as in hot water.

Application

• As viscosity modifier: 0.3-2.0%
• As an emulsifier: 2.0% (this can emulsify up to 10% of oils of different polarity and form a creamy gel)
• As emulsion stabilizer 0.3-0.5%
