Natural co-emulsifier and emulsion stabilizer
A modern multifunctional cosmetic ingredient based on stearamide that improves emulsion stability, supports the creation of a smooth creamy consistency and contributes to a pleasant, velvety skin feel.
Why will you love this emulsifier?
- ✔ stabilizes O/W (oil-in-water) emulsions
- ✔ creates a rich, creamy and velvety texture
- ✔ improves product spreadability
- ✔ reduces a greasy and sticky after-feel
- ✔ supports the long-term stability of creams and milks
- ✔ suitable for natural and conventional cosmetic formulations

It is ideal for making a wide range of cosmetic products:
- facial creams
- facial milks
- body milks
- nourishing body creams
- hand creams

At the same time, it improves the sensory properties of the finished cosmetic product and makes it easier to spread over the skin.
What will it bring to your formulations?
- a smoother and more luxurious texture
- greater emulsion stability
- better spreadability
- a velvety feel after application
- a creamier appearance of the finished product

3 recipes with the conditioning emulsifier
The conditioning emulsifier is primarily intended for making hair conditioners, masks and leave-in care. In an acidic environment, it helps improve hair detangling, reduces static and gives hair a soft, groomed appearance.
Light hair conditioner for easy detangling
A light rinse-out conditioner for normal, fine and slightly dry hair. It helps smooth the hair fibre, makes detangling easier and does not weigh hair down unnecessarily.
Yield: 100 g
Recommended pH: 4.0–4.5
Use: rinse-out conditioner
Ingredients
Method
- Clean and disinfect the work surface, utensils and container.
- Weigh the distilled water and conditioning emulsifier into one heat-resistant container.
- Weigh the cetearyl alcohol and argan oil into a second container.
- Heat both phases in a water bath to approximately 75 °C until all solids dissolve.
- Pour the oil phase into the water phase and mix vigorously for several minutes.
- Allow the emulsion to cool, stirring occasionally.
- Below 40 °C, add the panthenol, rice protein and Cosgard.
- Adjust the pH to 4.0–4.5 with lactic acid and fill into a clean container.
Use: Apply to washed, damp hair, concentrating mainly on the lengths and ends. Leave for 2–3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Nourishing mask for dry and stressed hair
A rich hair mask with shea butter, broccoli and argan oils. It is especially suitable for dry, coarse, curly, coloured or otherwise stressed hair.
Yield: 100 g
Recommended pH: 4.0–4.5
Use: intensive rinse-out care
Ingredients
- Distilled water — 76.3 g
- Conditioning emulsifier — 3 g
- Cetearyl alcohol — 6 g
- Deodorized shea butter — 5 g
- Broccoli seed oil — 4 g
- Argan oil — 3 g
- Panthenol provitamin B5 75% — 1.5 g
- Hydrolyzed rice protein — 0.5 g
- Cosgard — 0.6 g
- Lactic acid — 0.1 g or as required by pH
Method
- Weigh the water and conditioning emulsifier into one container.
- Weigh the cetearyl alcohol, shea butter, broccoli oil and argan oil into a second container.
- Heat both phases in a water bath to approximately 75 °C.
- Once fully melted, pour the oil phase into the water phase and mix vigorously for several minutes.
- Continue mixing more slowly as the product cools; the mask will gradually thicken.
- Below 40 °C, add the panthenol, rice protein and Cosgard.
- Adjust the pH to 4.0–4.5 with lactic acid and fill into a clean jar.
Use: Apply to washed, damp hair, leave for approximately 5–10 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For fine hair, use a smaller amount only on the lengths and ends.
Light leave-in conditioning cream
A gentle leave-in cream for smoothing dry lengths, easier detangling and reducing frizz. Due to its low oil content, it is also suitable for finer hair when used sparingly.

- Adjust the pH to 4.0–4.5 with lactic acid and fill into a pump bottle.
Use: Rub a small amount between your palms and apply to damp lengths and ends. Do not rinse. For fine hair, start with approximately a pea-sized amount.
