Characteristics

Juicy citrus fragrance dominated by sweet orange. A fresh opening is complemented by bergamot and delicate fruity accords. Light floral notes soften the entire composition.

Properties and uses

• Cosmetics: Excellent for soaps, shampoos, creams, shower gels and body lotions. Adds energising freshness and natural vitality.
• Candles: Creates a bright, clean and uplifting atmosphere, ideal for mornings or summer days.
• Home use: A few drops in a diffuser or spray instantly freshen the interior.
• Perfumes: An excellent base for fresh, unisex and summer compositions. Pairs well with lavender, mint, jasmine and white tea.
• Laundry: Add a few drops to fabric softener for citrus freshness.

What do fragrance oils dissolve in?

Fragrance oils are hydrophobic and do not dissolve in water on their own. Always mix them into a carrier:

• Alcohol – ideal for perfumes, sprays and air fresheners.
• Vegetable oils – suitable for massage blends and cosmetics.
• Polysorbate 80 – enables mixing with water.
• Augeo – suitable for perfumes and diffusers.

Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures:

• H317 – May cause an allergic skin reaction.
• H319 – Causes serious eye irritation.
• H412 – Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects.
• EUH208, contains ROSE KETONE-4. May produce an allergic reaction.

Avoid breathing vapours or dust, wash hands and affected skin thoroughly after handling, prevent release into the environment and wear protective gloves and eye/face protection. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes and continue rinsing. If irritation or rash occurs, or eye irritation persists, seek medical attention. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Dispose of contents and container at an approved facility in accordance with local regulations.
