Characteristics

Aloe is a delicate mineral floral fragrance blending sweet bergamot, orange lily, and ozone top notes with a floral heart of rose, musk, geranium, and jasmine. It rests on a soft woody base, evoking freshness, balance, and natural purity.

Properties and uses

• Cosmetics: Perfect for soaps, creams, balms, and lotions. Adds a light, clean floral aroma.

What do fragrance oils dissolve in?

Fragrance oils are hydrophobic and do not dissolve in water. They should always be blended in a carrier:

• Alcohol – ideal for perfumes, sprays and fresheners.
• Vegetable oils – suitable for massage blends and cosmetics.
• Polysorbate 80 – enables mixing with water.
• Augeo – suitable for perfumes and diffusers.
