AHA - fruit acids, 10 ml

AHA fruit acids are a water-soluble active cosmetic mixture of plant origin intended for the production of tonics, serums, peeling gels, masks, creams and rinse-off hair cosmetics.

In products, it helps to soften the skin's surface, promote a smoother appearance, and give the skin a fresher, more even tone. The mixture is dosed in the range of 1–10% and is best incorporated into the aqueous phase or into the final phase of production. AHA fruit acids are an active ingredient for home and artisanal cosmetics production. It is a complex of blueberry, sugar cane, orange, lemon, and sugar maple extracts, which are natural sources of alpha-hydroxy acids.

The raw material is suitable for formulations aimed at gentle exfoliation , brightening the appearance of the skin, smoother skin texture and care for skin prone to uneven tone. In home cosmetics, it is mainly used in facial toners, serums, gel peels, facial masks, night creams, body lotions and shower or washing gels .

In rinse-off hair cosmetics, it can be a part of shampoos and conditioners, where it helps improve the feeling of smoothness of hair, its shine and combability. How to work with AHA fruit acids

Solubility: soluble in water. Dosage: 1–10% of the total recipe.

Incorporation: into the aqueous phase or into the final phase of production; for gentler work with the active ingredient, we recommend adding at a temperature below 40 °C. pH: for exfoliating products, a pH of approximately 3.5–4.5 is usually used; for gentler rinse-off products, a higher pH can be selected depending on the type of recipe.

Safety: do not use around the eyes, on irritated or damaged skin. For products with AHA, it is advisable to use them in the evening and use UV protection during the day.
